To my fellow solopreneurs and small business owners:

Join me for this half-day group session designed to help you reflect + reset so you can move your business forward with intention.

Given the time of year, we'll focus on looking back at your "wins" and tough moments from 2023, taking the time to acknowledge what went well and be honest about what needs to change next year.

This is a space for you - to set aside time for reflection, a very important - and difficult to prioritize - aspect of running a business. You’ll receive guidance and structure to get clear on where you’re at and where you want to go next. And together, we’ll find connection and support from fellow entrepreneurs on a similar journey.

During this event, you will:

  1. Reflect on and acknowledge the “wins” or areas of growth in your business throughout 2023 - and celebrate them!

  2. Assess your progress on your annual business goals (if you have some) or evaluate the ways you've been spending your time (if you don’t have specific goals…yet)

  3. Figure out what you need to stop, start, and continue doing to get where you want to go with your business next year

  4. Identify small and specific action steps to take to get ready for 2024

  5. Connect with and hear from fellow solopreneurs and small business owners on these topics

[If you're interested in visioning and goal setting for 2024, you can sign up for the next event in the series (and get a discount) on the registration page, below]

Hi! I'm Ellen, Founder of Evergreen Coaching & Consulting. I'll be your facilitator and guide for this experience.

I support solopreneurs and small business owners to create the space, structure and community they need to run their business with alignment and intention.

I can't wait to see you there.

This event IS for you if you want:

  • A group of likeminded and fellow entrepreneurs to learn from and relate to

  • Structure and accountability to help you actually do the reflection and goal-setting work you know you need to do, but struggle to prioritize on your own

  • A supportive place to get honest about what isn't working or feels out of alignment in your business

  • To set some small, concrete actions that feel doable for the coming months

  • An opportunity to learn a repeatable and simple structure to reflect on your business on a regular basis

This event is NOT for you if:

  • You're hoping someone else will give you the magic answer about what to do with your business - this event will require you to look inward as well as outward for inspiration

  • You’re looking for a business strategist or startup expert to advise you on a business or scaling plan - this event is focused on creating space for you to generate answers for yourself and find inspiration and ideas from others, but is not a consulting or advising session

Feedback from past participants:

The Reflect & Reset workshop was the perfect opportunity to pause and reflect on my new business. Through my internal reflections and our group discussions, I came away with a better understanding of how things are truly going and how I can take deliberate steps to tackle roadblocks and maximize what’s already working well. I look forward to another session in the future.

It turned out super helpful to spend a few hours away from the daily hustle to (re)set goals for the coming quarter. I think the session had the perfect length, it helps to be away from the regular distractions and the insights from people in similar-but-not-the-same position really helped me shape my thinking. And last but definitely not least, it was run very professionally which made for a very smooth session.
— Rolf
This was the perfect opportunity to spend half a day looking back on achievements and to identify what is still left to work on for Quarter 4. This workshop gave me a chance to formalise my creative ideas and take a step back to give perspective on the business. Ellen is patient, thoughtful and elegantly holds space while you work through your experience.
